1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flomatik.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.


2. Invitation-Only Access

Access to Flomatik.ai is by invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.


3. Description of Service

Flomatik provides AI-powered chat and voice agent services to help businesses automate customer interactions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.


4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at andrew@flomatik.ai. Flomatik is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform

  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission

  • Use the Service to train competing AI models or systems

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.


6. Account Termination

Flomatik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account by contacting andrew@flomatik.ai.


7. Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flomatik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flomatik in the three months preceding the claim.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Flomatik. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Platform.


10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at flomatik.ai/privacy.


11. Changes to These Terms

Flomatik may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
